Refund Policy for Training Products

LAST UPDATED ON March 12, 2022

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request and completed homework before 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on the 30th day following your purchase. After you submit your materials, all refunds are discretionary*.

No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis.

*Note: As mentioned above, all refunds are discretionary. If you just downloaded the training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request.

The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn’t work, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material.

Furthermore, if it is clear that your homework is incomplete or that you did not implement the strategies taught in the course, your refund will be denied. However, we will still help and support you in order to get you results.

Refund Policy for Prepaid Projects, Design, Easy Button Installations and Programming Services

All website Design, Easy Button Installations and Programming sales are final. In most cases, installation of your website design is started after full payment is received. This is because we must purchase a domain name and web hosting from 3rd parties on your behalf before we can actually begin installing your website software.

If you prefer, a detailed contract can be signed and returned with payment in full so that both parties are clear of all requirements before proceeding. A contract may be negotiated before signing but must be adhered to once a signed agreement is complete. If you agree to a contract but fail to follow through with a project, we retain the right to bill you for time taken by your project at our regular hourly rate of $50.

All Hazards Consortium may accept a refund request in some cases, at our discretion. If this is the case it will always be if the amount of hours put towards the job is less than the total amount of the deposit paid for the job. If this is the case, any remaining monies left after billing for all hours to date at our standard hourly rate of $50 can be refunded to the client within 14 days and all work will cease.

Chargebacks

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $75 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues.
